rate of regeneration

heya all,

I'm new to these forums, and i'm going to start with a question.

I've searched some sites, but haven't found anything on the matter.

Does anybody have a table that shows how much energy/health you regen per second, per arrow of regeneration? I'd find out myself if i would be near a computer that would be able to play GW. But since i'm not at home for the next week (re-examinations and stuff) i thought i might as well ask it over here.

If i'm not completely wrong

1 pip of health regen = 2 health / sec
1 pip of energy regen = ~0,3 energy / sec
