All of a sudden today i go to TOA to go to UW but when i got to ToA i couldnt find the guy that you pay to get in it? Why is that? Before this i always used to see the guy.
can anyone tell me what happened?

Try /kneel in front of the statue to make him appear. He get's tired of just standing around and takes a break when no one's around to talk to.

also he doesnt appear in international or when you dont have favor incase you didnt know

This is exactly why they need to get rid of favor.
