PC - Str Sheild, -2 damage while in a stance/enchanted

I eventually want to get my hands on one of these. Whats the going rate on a sheild with:

16 armor
Req any level strength
-2 damage while enchanted or in a stance (perfer stance)

-2 in stance (much less popular, lucky for you) i think 10k for a strength one, mabye a little more if its a 7 or 8.
-2 while enchanted will cost more probly 20-40k (i did get one for 15k tho)

one with both will cost you some nice money. one sold for 250k and one for 500k on this forum. i was lucky to get one for 100k tho
