very very confused about a character build

hi guys im new to this forum, it looks really active which is good i need all the advice i can get.

i was wondering if anyone had sudgestions for some things like,

are monks good for farming alot of areas? ive read they can do UW and other things, but my problem is by the time i get to UW i wonder if Arena.net will nerf the monk or something, sorry for the newbishness

i guess im just trying to find a good build for PvE, i want nothing to do with PvP right now, just want to be succesfull in PvE

my goal is to farm, alot.

with pref a monk. :-)

ideas would be nice, like builds

i read someone had a build about a SOLO UW monk/Warrior

if anyone has ANY advice ide love to hear it. thanks
