i just found this lovely weapon outside the elona reach

Barbed Great Axe of Enchanting
Slashing Dmg: 6-28 (req 11 axe mastery)
Damage +14% (when health > 50%)
Lenghtens bleeding duration on foe
Enchantments last 19% longer

any ideas of its price?

not so great in itself but has a nice 19% enchanments axe grip which boosts the value
