PVE For a Necro/Monk

I use Balthazars Aura, Symbol of Wrath, along with the helath regeneration of Blood Renewal, Healing Breeze, and Mending, and I always do that around Bergen Hot Springs and make good money. Anyone know where's a good place to farm like that? My armor is 60 all around, so I cant take alot of dmg. I tried centaurs outside Ventaris Refuge and I got killed badly, but anyone know a good place to farm besides outside of Bergen Hot Springs? And I am lvl 20
