I'm looking to buy a Clean, 8-Req, max damage Chaos Axe.

For one with no innate mod, I'll pay 1.5 plat. That seems to be the price I could get if I sat around in Ascalon for 30 minutes.

For one with a +DMG while Enchanted mod, I'll pay depending on the % Bonus. Apparently there is some disagreement as to what's a fair price, so if you want to sell yours, tell me what you're looking to get. Just know that I'm not going to pay much more for +15% than +14%. This isn't Lion's Arch.
