Regarding the summer update

Anyone know roughly how big will be the update be? like around how many mb? I going to stop my broadband connection so i was thinking maybe after the update or maybe tml if the update will be small enough for 56k.

Couldn't find any info on the update other than screenshot and a few words from anet but nothing regarding this

No clue as to size but I think you will get it instages.
General update for the new items / armor / monsters
Then updates as you enter each new zone.
The level's should not be too bad if they used existing textures, but new one's will have to be downloaded.

Yeah, they'll stream the update to you peice by peice, depending on what you need loaded to you at the moment. Still, on 56k, I think you're gonna lag to hell when you receive streaming content... I would seriously sit and wait til the little yellow lightning bolt icon stopped appearing. lol
