can anyone tell me wtf is going on ??

I didn't moderate that thread but what Mercury Angel posted is indeed why you got mod'ed. Even though you didn't post an actual recruitment thread, the fact that your post was geared only to attract new members is the reason behind the deletion.

Perhaps you might consider that they get possibly hundreds of people recreating the same types of topics a day and, to conserve space for anything else they made a special topic for it (Not saying that it would be a stupid thing of you to miss it)?

I know there seem to be about 8 "Grind vs Skill" topics per day.

Either. The number one guideline on that forum is that it is NOT for recruitment. What I might have done is something like this:

"Gee guys, would you take a look at my clan website and give me some feedback?"

Clever loophole, no? LOL!

it is only censorship if the place you are speaking has free speech rules.

yea its the same thing that thread is about, while that thread has also a link to the guild page, so wow unfair huh

sure its someone website and I guess they can do whatever they want but I dunno maybe a mod is making mistakes or something
