Pink Dye!!!
Sieless
Alright me and a few friends have tried to make some pink dye.. but failed miserably.. We've checked other websites for the combination... But they all lied!! We've tried Red + Silver, Red + Silver + Silver... Etc... No luck, so if you know the combination for it please let me know! Thank you very much ;D (The dye is being used for a tattooed monk, Since the base color of the tattoo's aren't like normal armor, we need the exact requirements for tattooed monk mixed pink dye!)
Theus
its Yellow + Purple..For Knight/Platemail anyway..Colors also change due to the armor.

My monk got a nice purple+red+yellow=pink armor by accident.
ManadartheHealer
I suggest going to Marhan's Grotto. A couple days ago, I found a monk party where there were several monks all dressed in hot pink armor

Ollj - Are you wearing tattoos or no? Cause we just can't get it right lol.

Red + Silver really doesn't work?
Well, it works for my 15k Gladiator's.

It's TATTOO MONK ARMOR. All armors seem to have different results with dye. Wish they would fix that..

Try my classic recipe: red + purple + silver. If it's not "hot pink" enough for you, try 2 reds, 1 purple, 1 silver. as a matter of fact, I think I'll go dye Jude pink.

We've tried that... and it came out looking too purple, we actually want a light pinkish color.. not a darkish hot pink :/
Evil Craze
Doesn't red or purple + remover make some sort of pink color?

Yes... We used the dye remover on the armor before we applied any dye.
Deranged Imp
It might be too purple (I'm not terribly familiar with tattoos) but, have you tried green-purple-silver? Green-purple turns a light redish-purple color on monk armor.
Cobalt
Must be a proper way to do it, I mean I was in Fissure the other day and a MALE Warrior had hot pink armor and a hot pink Chaos axe, for real, no joke.
Elena
try mixing blue+ dye remover worked on my ranger

this is a link to a set of dye charts....this has handy charts for mixing dyes, Advanced dye mixing and also for dying Tattoes and Scars (which are different from cloth...sometimes if you use blue dye, a tat comes out orange or somehitng else..)
this chart should help you get the shades you want, with a little bit of brainwork maybe
it also has how to dye your chaos axe....
basically, tattoes and scars are different....opposite mostly.
so to dye a tat pink, (i assume you mean a magenta type pink?) you need to try a light silvery blue or silvery cyan (acording to the chart for scars, which is the same as tatooes)

It's wierd though. When you use like an orangy yellow it turns it that color, but when you use a pink it turns into a dif color. Something is wrong here.
Sagius Truthbarron
Purple to Red, Silver to mix ^^
No, I don't even have full Grotto 15k armor.
Plague
Seems like Red, Purple, Black, Silver would work. But I'm not wasting my rare dyes testing it. WTF is wrong with having a PvP-like character creator/preview that lets you do these things? It adds a skill factor to harvesting dyes? Jeez. Stupid.

Is that a B Cup Man Boob bra you have on ?
Just curious thats all

No, it's a little plate to protect stuff from penetrating my sternum, I guess. I would say size 'A' if that's smaller than 'B'. I've never really hung out in a women's underpants isle for that long, myself.

I go red/purple for ele armour.. works well
Ranger druids is red/purple/remover
dunno about the others

I used red + purple + silver. maybe purple + yellow or red+purple+yellow would have worked better.

Thank you very much for that, It will help a lot... When my friend gets back home we'll check it out and test out some more colors. Thanks!

I've tried nearly 50k worth of combinations to get my Tattoo's pink. It seems, since the tattoo base color is blue, there is no way to get pink tattoo's. The blue base always comes through. Closest I've managed is Red\Silver. But it's pretty Fuscia...
Purple\Remover makes normal Monk armor pink as hell though... =)

also, if you want to see some basic tat and scar shades, like...red/blue/green (the base color, that is)
and you have a empty slot, try making a monk or necro in PvP char, and check the tattooe and scars in there...you can just keep pressing the Back button if you dont want to keep them, and you can see what the scar and tat armours look like too
Edit: oh, and if you use dye remover on a bottle of silver dye, it goes a kinda purple/silver shade....not sure how that will do with tats/scars, but it might help the armour dyers
