Unable to pick up drop after it's gone public?

I don't know whether this is a glitch or whatever, but it's happened to me about three times. During a mission or quest or whatever with other players, things drop and whoever it's reserved for doesn't pick it up. When we come back to the spot later, the text on the drop shows that the item is not reserved for anyone. But when I try to pick it up, it will not let me. Here's a screenshot.



This has happened to me multiple times, even on one of those rare scrolls. Anyone know what's going on?

I have also this problem my gues is that the itim is still reserved for that player but the text will dissepear after time (sorry for my crappy english)

The text saying who it's reserved for disappears after a time, but you have to wait a while longer than that before it actually goes "public." Dunno if it's a bug or something, but that's how it works.
