PC on flame artifact and Warhammer

While cleaning out my inventory, I found this flame artifact here....



Flame Artifact
Energy + 10 (Req 8)
Fire Magic + 1 (20%)
Health + 30

I have no idea where I got this, but it looks pretty valuable to me.

Also, while playing with my girlfriend yesterday, she found this little toy here....



War Hammer of Hammer Mastery
Damage 19-35 (Req 8)
Damage + 11% (In stance)
Hammer Mastery + 1 (13%)

Seems nice to me, but then again, I don't play a warrior. Sell or salvage?

Don't think the flame artifact is worth too much because you can get it from a collector somewhere in the maguuma jungle... don't remember where exactly.
