no bow? oh no!!

what's going on with the game and not giving some people their preorder item? I SHOULD have the ithas bow, but it was taken away from me yesterday (when I logged on it wasn't there) and I haven't gotten it back.

is there something going on with the game itsself, or is my account (and many others') just screwed?

Are you sure you bought the right version of the game ? If you bought it from EB games, it may be the normal version. They were shipped in advance, it was not the pre-release or whatever it was called.

Yesterday i noticed when i logged in that my ithas bow wasnt equiped. It was still in my inv though. Make sure to check that out. If not, did you enter in both your pre-order key and cd serial key?

They had a problem with some pre-order items so they had to fix them, this caused them to be unequiped I guess. If you didn't have room in your inventory then you probably lost it, other have complained about this and I assume they are looking into a way to fix this.

the first thing I checked was if it was in my inventory, and it wasn't. I checked through each item carefully, and none were my bow...in fact, I didn't even HAVE a bow then. I was entirely weaponless for a few minutes there.

I just realised that what might have happened is when the weapons were unequipped due to bug fixes, those of us with full inventories lost them. that seems to have happened to me, as I DID have a full inventory at the time.

I guess I'll go to the main site and try to find out if there's a way I can get my bow back....
