E/Me Build Thoughts

Well I am an E/Me. I am a sort of nuker and sort of not. My skills right now are:Conjure Flame
Aura Of Restoration
Phantom Pain
Mark Of Rodgort
Fevered Dreams
Fireball
Firestorm
Meteor Shower
Phantom Pain is in question. Right now I use it with Fevered Dreams so when the bleeding start it spreads to everyone. But I thought abut using Meteor because of its knock down and high damage (I would use Meteor with Mark Of Rodgort to set them on fire for 4 seconds and use Fevered Dreams to spread the burning). But, Phantom Pain also has health degen. So Phantom Pain or Meteor?
