What's the damage modifier for having your attributes over the requirement for a weapon ?
Say the weapon is 15% over 50 with (req 8) and you have a 16 in axe mastery.
This is why low req weapons are much more valuable to pvp players. I have heard many attempts at calculating this formula. Need Input.

As far as I know there is no bonus, only a penalty if you don't meet the requirements.

as long as u meet the req... having more is useless .. so try to get a low req weapon

ermm i think its 12 atribute gives you 100% of the weapon damage, any less gives you weaker damage. not meating the req just completely makes it useless. pushing it to 16 atrib gives you an extra 15% damage
