Tameable Animals?

I wanted to know which animals can be tamed in pre searing ascalon.

I know Cat, Strider, and i guess warthog?

But what other ones are there? I know this is a dumb question i just want comfirmation before i get rid of my cat and go find another animal.

Wolfs and Bears as well

how do you tame them? i am really confused on this?

must have the ranger tame animal skill, and the way to get it was in the pre-searing by talking to the master ranger negnu or something like that

As of yet NO ONE has actually tamed a bear in release game nor in the recent beta weekends.

The only posted time this was actually done was in alpha testing.

Currently only pets that are valid in pre searing is wolf, boar, cat(stalker), and bird(strider).

I have no clue what is different between them.

Post searing you can also get a different kind of wolf in the shiverpeaks.

PS If someone actually did personally manage to charm a bear or another animal not listed please post.

However don't bother with the "I heard that someone charmed a bear". We have yet to see that actually verified and a lot of people have wasted quite a lot of time trying because of hearsay.

Crystal Desert has green Dune Lizards, though I am not sure if they are tamable, since green spiders don't seem to work. But hey, they seem cool! :P
