Well, I have a 15>50 5/1 vamp +30hp req 9 Twin hammer -_- so I dont think I willl meet your budget. -_- its for 300k.
I do however, have a 15>50 req 12 spike war hammer and a 15>50 req 11 & 13 foehammer as well as a 14% constant -1 energy regen mursaat!, also have a 13>50 rq 8 righteous maul. SO just incase, you might wanna check em out.
