: If you cast life syphon on 2 targets, do you get double life regen?

This is a very economic on energy Nec/Ran build.

11-->12 Marksmanship (hoping to find a bow +1 marksmanship, +longer poison duration. It does exist)
10 Wilderness survival
10-->12 Bloodmagic (+1 helm, +1 armor)

- 3 DoT each lasting at least 15 sec for -10 life arrows. (+370 damages). Conditions and hexes can be purged. But the timer and the energy cost is so low I'll just cast them again.

- Poison arrow instead of apply poison: Hate preparations. I waste a bow shot which is 30-40 damage. Apply poison cost 15 energy. The poison duration on apply poison is more short.

- Pin down to run away from warriors and shot the dots while they chase me.

- Troll Unguent, with life syphon: +10 life arrows healing 20 hp/sec

- Frozen Soil, for PvP; Dryder's for PvE

- Charm Animal, I know several beastmasters in my friends who can improve/use my pet. (Snow Wolf or Bear if they finally appear to be tamable)

Since you didn't put any points into soul reaping, there is no need to be primary necro, the ranger has better armor.

Agreed. Remember Expertise now affects all attack skills, preparations, traps, shouts, and stances. So, with decent Expertise, that Apply Poison doesn't cost 15 energy. It costs 7 or less. Of course, Poison Arrow costs less, too...

And Well of Power is elite as well. You can't use it and poison arrow at the same time.

But, I considered it. Instead of having 11/10/10 in my stats, I could have 9/9/10/8

I saw something interesting last beta on ready for pvp caracters. The torso had +1 all skills. So with a +1 markmanship bow, +1 marks mask, +1all torso:

For the Nec/Ran with other items, I previously had:
The 11 Mark/10 Wild/10 Blood Nec/Ran becomes: 12/10/12

For the Ran/Nec with those items:
The 9 Mark/ 9 Wild/ 10 Blood/ 8 Exp Ran/Nec becomes: 12/10/10/9

For better armor and 9 in expertise, I can sacrifice 2 seconds of life syphon.
And since I have 9 in expertise, if well of power really is an elite skill, I'll replace it with whirling defense.
