Why do people come up with new words for old things? I never heard of a "battery necro" in all my uw/fow days. But i'm quite sure you are referring to a bloodnecromancer with Blood is Power. And thats basically what you need to bring... blood is power.
Rhadamanthys
'Blood Ritual,' '[E] Blood is Power,' and '[E] Well of Power.'
For FoW, I would go with '[E] Blood is Power' because if you are with a good group, only the Warriors will benifit from '[E] Well of Power' which isn't much of a "battery." I suggest going with 'Well of Blood' for the tankers.
The only drawback I find with using '[E] Blood is Power' is that you loose 33% of HP which can be a lot if you have a Superior Rune slapped on you. Monks tend to automatically heal you right away due to the significant HP loss during battle, which can be a waste.
So, my suggestion is to inform the Monks beforehand that you will be sacrificing a lot HP during battle and that you will be able to heal yourself via 'Vampiric Gaze,' 'Life Siphon' etc. Just remember, your role will be to SUPPORT, not to deal damage or tank.
Again, if you are with a good group, just work BEHIND all casters and you will be very a effective "Battery" Necro.
Hope this helps.

Where to begin? Well of Power is a better solution because it provides 7 health regen and 2 energy regen for anyone in it's effect (including the necro).
BR provides 3 energy regen, and BiP provides 5 or 6 energy regen but both spells only affect the target. Neither can be cast on the necro. It is not practical to use either to power up ALL the casters, but they can be used sparingly in an emergency.
For a WoP, the extra health regen helps warriors in a fight, and all casters LOVE to see a WoP appear nearby in a fight. If any corpses are still available after a fight, of course they can be used to regen then. But a WoP during a fight is a godsend.
Finally, your suggestion that necro's can't deal damage is insulting. Things in the UW or FoW tend to have a LOT of armor that resists physical and fire damage. But Shadow Strike and VG cut right through that.
When people call me a battery in FoW, they tend to find themselves running low on energy often. It's as bad as calling a warrior a meatshield.
I can hold my own in uw/fow and don't like to be thought of as an extra.
