That is an interesting concept considering that the players and guilds that hold the HoH often have more money than most of the PvE players from sigil sales.
It is also extremely ironic that a "PvP" player would ask something from the PvE players after a little thing you must remember know as "Sigil Hoarding." That concept help PvE guilds ransom for the "luxury" of a Guild Hall for a long time.
Come now, the rewards for holding the HoH are greater, time wise, than any other part of the game. And, since when did the "PvP players" want anything but unlocks? Which I can almost guarantee the "top Tombs" groups have completed after the PvPx weekend.
And I don't know of any greater reward in the game than having your name, or the name of your team, broadcast as winning a battle in the HoH. Let's go ahead and throw the RED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GOing fantasy world out the window. No-one but noobs are impressed by "uber" stuff. Having the ability to step in the Tombs and dominate is far more rewarding economically, statistically (as in unlocks), and in fame, pure in-game fame, than holding the hall for a day.
It would appear as though you would want the "kings" of PvP to only win the HoH when given money, gems, wine, and women.
Good Luck. Have Fun.
