question about collector shield

I just spent the last 30 minutes farming griffon wings and now i have 5 and i look at the shield and its STANCE +45 hp and Stance -2 dmg, is there any shield that has those 2 mods but with enchantment?

theres one in kryta somewhere but its only 12 armor not 16 but its perfect enchant mods

There's no such shield, that's why people pay over a mil to obtain one. (So much for no uber items, ANet!)

The 12 armor one is in Mamnoon lagoon, but 12 is not 16.

12 armor with +45hps and -2dmg reduction w/enchanted is better than stance on a 16 armor for the advantages, thanks I'll head there.
