The entire lack of energy regen makes that sword useless IMO. I like energy and not depending on hitting the enemy.

No, I think you wae wrong you can not salvage collector items but you can salvage normal customized weapons.

Anyhoo when I get the chance I'll make a crazy PvE char for PvP with maxed everything (except cool looking of course!) that will cost me like 4 million gold.
Vampiric Chaos Axe of Axe Mastery (lets face it, defense or life on wars is useless)
15% unconditional
-10 armor while attacking
16 armor 7 str req(you can get 7 right? if not 8) Eternal shield with 45 life while in stance, -2 damage received in stance, and quick recovery from blind. (can we have 3?)
Then of course like FoW stuff if there even is FoW glad armor.
I'm clearly a PvE fanatic as I know everything about it :O.
Thats gonna take a lot of sigils I better get to PvPing.

I still have more, although I didn't take pics of them yet, I'm trying to sell all these(as you can notice), Make room for me to start a collection.
Amazingly I have so many Bows in my inventory, including a Gold Stormbow 12>50% +29hp and 10/8 sundering, as well as another halfmoon +13% while enchanted req 9. I also have saveral more purples(basically max for purples) bows(longbows/halfmoons/eternal) and hammers(purple mursaat/runic/twin), I dunno what to do w/ them, people only seem to wanna buy gold nowadays, they dont give a damn about stats as long as it has gold text ?:\
If anyone wants anyone of those mention above, give me a holla ^^

A clean max weapon when customised would do more damage. Think about it.
