I am looking for a fire wand with two of the following buffs (preferably but not limited to max damage):

recharge all skills (9-10%)
cast speed all skills (9-10%)
recharge fire skills (17-20%)
cast speed fire skills (17-20%)

Please post or PM with wand and price. Requirement is not an issue as I always play with 16 fire.

Quick edit: I would also like to see air wands of the same type (with air magic mods instead of fire, obviously)
