Is it possible to split stacks of items?

Hello,

The title says it clear enough, wondering if i could split a stack of items into two stacks. Example, i have 100 Tanned Hide Squares in one stack and i want to make two stacks of 50 each one, can it be?

Dunno :/ i d say only in trade window on when u drop stuff on ground

why would u want to do that anyway?

Got two dyes stack by mistake. Didn't know till this thread that when trading stacks of items you could trade only some of them.
