Max on the below 50% mod is 20% dmg below 50% health.
That mod is way off. The market for below 50% health dmg modded swords is already poor at best. I would expert salvage it for the hp mod or the ebon mod. Pray you get the HP mod it's worth a good bit.
As is I'd say 5-10k (somebody will buy it to take a shot at that HP mod).

I found it with some other guys and they said that i could get way over 10k for it.. Any other opinions?

Salvage it for the mod. The +29 can fetch nowadays around 50k, maybe a bit more. If not, sell it advertising the mod, because noone nowdays will except anything under a perfect dmg mod. Prob can get 20k at the right person, maybe 15k normaly.
