Thanks Kuku Monk. The armor(if i remember correctly) is +4 and it has Life Stealing of +1. I'm not sure of the "vampiric" benefit of weapons in this class. Also, could someone help me understand this "vampiric haft" or "grip of shelter" thing....what would I use these for? Would I apply them to something else that I have - another weapon etc.? Thanks for the help
Okay, to elaborate on weapon unlocking:
When you get that popup message that says:
"Unlocked!
Vampiric Sword Hilt
Life Stealing +1
Health Regen -1" (or something to that sort)
That means you unlock it for your PvP characters. When you create a PvP character, you will have the option of using that part on your new character's weapon. You can either unlock new PvP parts from identifying weapons or from Faction.
To use the part for your PvE character, you must expert salvage the part. Expert salvaging is a bit random though: you'll only ever get 1 part out of it, and sometimes the Expert Salvage fails and you get common materials. If you manage to get a Haft or Grip, you can apply it (by double clicking) to any weapon of that class, in this case another hammer. If that hammer already has a Haft or Grip on it, the new upgrade will overwrite the old.
