I am pretty good at determining prices on swords, axes and such but I haven't seen one of these for sale with these numbers:

Gold Holy Rod
Fire Dmg: 11-22
Req: 10 divine
Energy +5 (while enchanted)
value: 300

That is nice.. I would expect it to start at about 40k and a high bid of maybe 70k.. I would buy it if u sell..
