Sorry to be the one to have to inform you but the 15% below 50% bonus is really not a very good bonus. Might want to try to salvage it for the fortitude upgrade? Just my opinion.

i hate salvaging. The 2 times i tried to salvage a weapon for a good mod i only got Crafting materials.
