Observer Mode???

Ok so people are talking about and complaining about this "observer mode" where builds can be watched in battle though arenas or something. But they are all complaining about how they don't want people seeing their skills and how their builds are and then copying. Now I've around for someone to explain to me how this works... Been ignored as has everyone else who asked.

So... new thread and if someone is going to tell me to use the search function, don't bother replying. It kept leading me to that damn complaining thread where there was no answer given.

So can someone explain this Observer Mode with how and where you can do it?

Nobody told you how to use it because it hasn't been implemented yet.
