help with all this message editing

can someone post like a sticky somewhere that explains how to make things _bold_ and like how to put a picture into a post, how to make a link in one etc? im kinda lost and i feel like a dope cause i dont know how

its all just html-- for example to make a link for a site you put [URL] in front of the site and the same thing except with a /URL behind it. Same thing for bold, just go [B]. Just google search html and there are hundreds of guides on how to do it

Instead of using the "quick reply" box at the bottom of a thread, click the button that says, "go advanced". It will take you to a similar box but one that has "Word-looking" icons/buttons for formatting text.

[ b] [ /b ] for bold (without spaces)
[ u] [ /u ] for underline (without spaces)
[ i ] [ /i] for italic (without spaces)
[ url ] URL goes here [ / url ]

Etcetera.
