Armor from Collectors, Pre-Searing...

I was wondering if anyone had a write up, or knows of one, that lists where the collectors for each profession to get the complete armor are in the pre-searing world. Okay, that doesn't sound very good to me, but I can't really think right now, too excited about Hitchhiker's Guid to the Galaxy tonight! Let me see if I can rephrase that... which collectors give what armor pieces for which professions in the pre-searing world? There, that sounds better! Any help is greatly appreciated!

A lot of them are wrong. Almost every necro piece is not where that list links, and I think the elementalist gloves are listed in the wrong place.

And they left out Mesmers!!!! Everyone forgets us =( .

I trust the Guru staf will have everything under control in no time.
