Access key problems

Hey,
I tryed using my access key to play Guild Wars today but when i typed it in and filled out my info and then it said "Error 101" or something, anyone else having this problem??? Answers will be greatly appreciated.

I got an error also but cant remember the error## my problem was the 9 looks identical to the 8. Hope its something as simple as that.
