Achieved by awaken the blood and 16 blood magic. Would it give +5/-5? If not, what about level 19, from a 20%/+1 blood item?

Well, not exactly. Even with a -5 pip Siphon, Healing Breeze will still give the target +4 pip regen. Or you could just hit Siphon with Remove/Smite/Convert Hex.

Theres lots of things you COULD do, but in the arena they dont often happen -,-. as for +5/-5, its alright. better than +3/-3 obviously :/

It's still 3 pips up to 18, and it's probably still 3 at 19.

err... hang on people, I was askig if it WOULD give +5/-5. And we have someone who says they know it doesnt. Dont jump to conclusions and start making life siphon builds yet

Been using this type of build for awhile. N/Me, I use Awaken, arcane echo, then life transfer on 2 targets. Degen city!! Still only get the max of 10 regen, but can't complain about that!! Also Shadow Strike at this lvl of blood does 55 + steal's 55 above 50 so it's a nice little 1, 2 punch! Toss in Vampiric gaze at 63 life leach and you've got a knockout. People hate this build!

I got to admit meeting people who use transfer life in random pvp is annoying... as most people on your team are straight foward people... usually a team in random arena that made far is all because someone of the 4 are able to control the balance of hex and enchant from both team.
Hex and Enchantment can often play more importance than healing and recovery of health... No one can do much once hex with 5-6 hex... and no one can do much about someone who is enchanted with 5-6 enchantment... until a hex/enchanter come in =P

It's 4 pips at 19 blood magic, so with a max staff wrapping of Blood Magic you'd get 20% chance on that. Woo hoo.
