1. +13% vs hexed foes isn't desirable, it isn't even max (max being +15%.)

2. Fiery Dragon Swords aren't that popular anymore; at one point, you MIGHT have gotten 100k for it if you were lucky, but now FDS's are common as ever. If it was a Fellblade or Crystalline, it'd be a different story.

3. Highest requirement it can have (13 - 7 is lowest) and bad health mod (21 - 30 is max) don't make it appealing.
