Skills that Slow Movement Speed

Do skills/spells that slow movement also slow down attacks? I've searched the threads but have failed to find anything

I think an Elemental or Necromancer skill does that, but generally no. The spell description always specifies whether it slows movement or attacks. If both, it will mention each. Have you checked the Skills Listing from the Home page?

There is no skill that slows down both attack speed and movement speed.

But if attack speed is what your looking to slow down then the necro skill Faintheartedness is what you want.

Don't forget Shadow of Fear. My R/N throws that out at the start of each battle with a mob and it really helps keep the henchies healthy.

I'm basically rearranging my E/Me. I use fire mainly but didn't want to "waste" my Mesmer skills by just using the fire. So I was seeing what other avenues there were without directly copying one that someone has already done

Ok I realise I won't come up with a totally new one, but I at least want to think of a good strategy for a build myself!
