WTB: Staff Wrappings + Zealous Hilt

I am fairly new to the game (about 3 weeks in) and fairly new to forums of course!

I am looking for a Staff Wrappings of Enchanting (what is max?) and looking for a Zealous Sword Hilt (what is max?)

For obvious reasons I probably will not be able to afford the max but wanted to see what people had and kind of get a idea of what I could afford!
