Strange Rumor...

This is probably a complete load of crap but I've heard two different people in two different places saying that in the update auction house's are being added and that they can be access from Beetletun.
I was just wondering if anyone else has heard about this...?

havent heard about it but a angel whispered in my ear that there arent gonna be auction houses

hope something LIKE an auction house comes.

Not that it wouldnt be a good idea, i mean it would cut the chat traffic a hole lot, and mabye then ppl can actually chat in LA with out having a bunch of selling spam in the way.:-)

the only thing this game needs improving on is a good trading thing, new weapons which are coming and probably more areas which are also on the way . oh and that ANNOYING ERR 7

This reminds me of a very old saying.... If it sounds to good to be true then it probably is... In other words. No there will not be an auction house.

Why exactly would it be in Beetletun? That's a tiny little town.

I agree, the auction houses would be far to usefull to actually impliment in the game.


Besides, all the people camping in LA are actually helping us by keeping the servers full at all times, keeping the local, trade, and wisper chat channels fresh, and maintaining that new players will feel inadequate when they are offered a sword for 250K when they feel lucky to have 2.5 plat.

So, plaease don't add auction houses, and don't bring them up again, they will only make the game less fun for everyone.

Has no one been following ANet's statements? They've already said (though I don't feel like backtracking to find a quote for you) that they have an auction house of some sort in the works. If/when we'll see that before the next chapter, however, is anyone's guess.
