This isnt even close to perfect. No dmg mod and absurdally high req causes that this weapon is crap. Salvage pommel and youll get nice bids :]

Dude, that's the point, by buying the sword you buy the pommel. Sword just comes with it.

but you might also get the hilt, which certainly isn't worth 50k. i think tulkas was suggesting that you try to salvage the pommel and get sure bids for it.
