After changing recently from the US to Euro servers, I've been having lag problems. It's ok for a bit when I first get online, but after 15 minutes, in instanced areas or in towns, other players just appear to be teleporting; however I move around smoothly enough (apart from some stutters) unless it gets really bad, in which case I start teleporting too.
I didn't have this on the American servers; has anyone else had these problems?
