Save your time. The skill is useless and non working as far as I can tell. Im a Warrior/Monk. Ive tested it carefully. Perhaps you need to be a full monk

It works, but only for one hit. As a warrior, you probably wouldnt notice cus youd get hit real fast. Spam it, and youll detect a difference.
