Does anyone know where to get the best +1 Fire Magic Flame Artifact Collector's Item?? I've heard it has the following stats: +1 Fire Magic (20% chance - or maybe it's 10%), +30 health and Energy +10 (although 12 is max I haven't heard of that). Thx.

I'm not 100% sure, but I think south of Frontier gate there is a collector that gives you something sort of like that for 3 fetrid carpases (I'm going to get that now actually).
