how do i arrange team for PvP? so far i can only random with some1 i dont know, but i want to play with my friend.

Go to Tombs once you've gotten into Lion's Arch. There's a big area to chose your squad before you enter. Don't answer unless you know...

Different PvP areas either allow you to make your own teams or have randomly selected teams. Most of the 4-man arenas are randomly selected, but the arenas in the desert and southern shiverpeaks I believe allow you to form teams. Similarly, when you enter the Tombs of the Primeevil Kings, you get to form your own teams(8 players).
