Granite Citadel... someone will take it from there.

It's been said in all the official stuff from ANet that it would be on the eastern slopes of Lornar's Pass. That leaves you with the choices of leaving from Camp Rankor or Beacon's Perch. Considering that they said it'll be easy to get to, I vote for starting from Beacon's and not expecting to wander to far before finding it.

I'm now at the most south part of Lornar's Pass. I bet Sorrow's will be here cause there is a Grenth statue here, with an abandon and blocked mine rigth the statue.
BTW It's wide more near from Beacon's Perch. Bad thing is i'm with henchies, and had to go from Camp Rankor cause there they are lvl 20 and can make a group of 8.
Let's see if they update the servers soon.

From this link, I would say that being at Camp Rankor or Beacons pearch would be the most desireable areas to be at to start looking.

if I were to look for sorrow's furnace, I would start at grenth's footprint

I don't know where people got Granite Citadel from. There was a guy proclaiming it was north of it. Yeah well, Mineral Springs is that way, and if you kept heading north you'd end up at Nolani Academy.

The entrance there only leads to the underworld and is far nearer from Beacon's perch than Rankor, though the short route cripples your team size to 6. Just been at the same temple, nothing special.

Wait for the update. Although this is BS, its 9:30 EST. Nothing yet!! I guess 7 PM PST maybe.

When does it come for GMT time
funkymonkey68
PST is -8 hours, you do the math

OMG? I don't care
Well its only because for one, I'm in Alaska and I'm 4 hours behind most of the states. and 2... tonight is dinner with the inlaws WHICH means I probably won't even get to log on after work to see if anything has been installed. So I miss all the fun of hanging out in cities and chewing on my nails while warriors ruin dances and necros get all thriller on everyone... /sigh Oh well. It should be there for me tomorrow... I hope.

I don't think we will really have to look for it. There will be a quest to get there, 99% sure.
Although I do have a pretty good idea where it is (That screenshot is probably where it will be, I've been there several times).

it's going to be closer to Rankor...you can only form 6 man parties in beacons
TSBasilisk
Well, according to the IGN Preview you need to sell yourself into slavery first...so maybe you get a quest in Camp Raknor or the Granite Citadel which transports you there.
Gekko
Ok, i was wrong, it's wide closer than rankor, right side at the snake dance... great place and great music
Imorthorn
start from Granite Citadel and head south as soon as you come across the first group of monsters follow the right path into the grenth's footprint

So did the update come? I went to bed and am now at work, so I don't know if it actually came last night.

From Granite Citadel, go southwest. New map point. Then north from there to SF.
The other entrance is halfway up snake dance, on the east side of the explorable area.
