What is this item worth. I have never really sold or bought staffs please help me.

strange combo of mods, so it would be kinda hard to sell (req 10, smite, and improves necros). i would upgrade the shelter to something, though. Fortitude, maybe? Then it would get +45 hp =P

You'd get a better response if you read the sticky that leads you to a section filled with price checks.

its actually a mesmer not necro
you can actually find mo/mes but i dont know about smitting mesmers
