Post Update Items

The model used for the shadestone was an item that already existed, just coloured black.

So far I have to admit I'm pretty dissapointed with the new stuff. I know these things have great stats, they're named after boses and all. But I just don't see the big deal when most of this stuff looks like the generic stuff I'm already tired of seeing.

I was pumped up waiting for the new stuff to come out. And now that it's been nearly a week, well, I'm not interested in what I've seen thus far quite frankly.

I hope that more stuff turns up soon to reel me back in. Because a staff with a unique name and pretty green text that still looks like the same old stuff just isn't doing it for me right now. I have several dozens of items that equal most of those items stats, and with looks I prefer. To me this is just more of the same with prettier names.

Someone tell me that I'm missing something here. I just don't see whats the big deal.

where the heck is Malinon, anyway? I have yet to see him. Can you just run into SF and find him somewhere? or do you need to get a quest before going into SF first?

Also, how do you get past those dern furnace guardians? I'm certain there's goodies behind door #2!

Anyone know which weapon drops from Grognard Gravelhead? Some of the items don't have the boss name attached, so maybe it's one that's already posted here?
