Help With New Speakers-Problem with Subwoofer

Hi, I hear that I might be able to recieve some help with my problem here. I just recently recieved these brand-new speakers. (Logitech Z-2300).
I hooked up everything, it went nice. The left and right speakers and everything worked fine...but the subwoofer never worked. I couldn't get a sound out of it no matter what I did. I tried plugging the cord into every input on my computer but nothing at all worked. Apparently I have a sound card; SB Audigy Audio [C000]. If someone could please help, that'd be great.

Be sure you run the speaker configuration that you should have installed with your Audigy sound card.
