Hi,
after just glancing over my characters post-update I noticed I had no skill points left... not so surprising if you consider the fact that I did spend them all before the update came!
But this is where my question comes in:
When did gaining skill points used to _start_ costing 20k xp?
because they lowered the max from 20k to 15k in today's update...
And it's is supposed to "retroactively" benefit existing characters...so where are those skill points?
I have ~608,000 xp, with an almost half-full bar and ~8,5k for my next skill point. Indeed requiring 15k xp total, is this just the first time my character requires the max amount for a skill point?
Question on XP and the new update

Leave the town into an area and it should update the skill points for you. That is what happened to me. I left town and boom, 2 skill points.

Just go outside and after beating some monsters you should gain your skillpoints retroactively. My skillpoints jumped from 97 to 137 on my first level up.
And as for since when skillpoints became cheaper at 20K; that's already quite a few updates ago. I suggest you check the update page on guildwars.com for that one.

Ah, ok...
so that's how they implemented that...
I thought they might have screwed up the retroactive part...
@VerSo: I meant 20k cheaper as in going from 20k to 15k
