Guild Problems During Update

Right before the update, 7 guildies and another person started into tombs. We noticed that our capes did not show our guild insignia (the non guild still had his cape and insignia). While there, Sorrows was released. When we lost, we all exited to get the update. One rebooted completely, the rest just exited and reloged. The one that rebooted is back in the guild. Of the remaining 6 I think 1 or 2 are back in the guild. After several reboots and relogs there are still several of us not in the guild.

I sent several /bug reports

However, one of my characters that quit while in the guild hall before the update, is still in the guild hall - althought the hall does not show on the map.

I logged on with my characters that signed off in the Guild Hall. They quickly got punted out.

This is a huge problem. Many guilds have been affected and many people who were online during the update cannot rejoin their guilds, or leave their old ones, since they're in a state of "not really guilded".

Anet, i love the update, but you ruined our gvg night, and our tombs runs didn't mean anything because our guild group wasn't labeled as such.

I hear being logged out for a while, like 20-30 minutes or so, has resolved this problem for some.

It worked for me.

We had this problem with one guildie last night and I think he managed to get abck after a while.
