Preorder item gone?

I apologize if it's been asked before but...

I created a new warrior aside from my e/me(who does have it) and my preorder item isn't there? Shouldn't all created characters have it? Or am I missing something?

EDIT:: Nevermind, a recreate fixed it. Durrrrr....
