Divine aura and Prince Rurik

First off, where is the divine aura that comes with the CE? I can't find it any where.

Second, Rurik is stuck in a lever and we need him to be able to beat the mission. Is there anything we can do?

The divine aura activates itself when you do emotes such as /laugh.
